As an educator and coach for 18+ years Jason has shared his passion for movement to improve the fitness and wellbeing of everyone he has worked with. In his time as a strength and conditioning coach he has had the opportunity to work with athletes from the high school, college, and professional level, and has helped adults of all ages and backgrounds achieve their wellness goals. As a health and physical education teacher he has taught movement and fitness skills and concepts to kindergarten through high school. He has also coached baseball and track and field at the high school level and has taught as an adjunct professor at the university level.
Although he has worked with athletes in many sports Jay has a background in baseball having played at the collegiate level. He specializes in baseball/softball movement skills, strength and conditioning for baseball/softball, and has worked with a number of baseball/softball players at the high school, college level and professional level.
