The athletic performance program helps athletes achieve a solid movement foundation prior to building strength and power. Athletes who have a solid foundation have a decreased chance for injury and have a better chance at achieving their athletic goals. The program puts each athlete in their best position to succeed.
Every athlete starts with an initial movement and performance assessment. From this we can determine how best to progress with each individual athlete. These assessments are used consistently throughout the athletic performance program.
Strength, endurance, power, speed, and agility are important skills in every sport. After an efficient movement foundation is established the athlete is guided through their strength and conditioning program. Each program is tailored to the individual and their specific goals.
